The national service center (Tap Electronics) will perform the upgrade kit installation and return the unit to you customer. The national service center in California, TAP Electronics, is the only authorized servicer to perform these upgrades. Freight charges to and from the national service center in California is the responsibility of the end user.
It is highly recommended the you use original factory shipping carton, wherever possible, for shipment in order to protect their component appropriately.
